When Bell helicopter had an urgent need to produce a full scale mock-up of a new helicopter model, RCO was there. In 13 weeks RCO took a severely damaged fuselage, repaired it to like new condition and fabricated:
- New tail boom, rear rotor assembly, and engine cowling
- Installed components provided by Bell
- Fabricated replacement components of numerous items
- Designed, built and installed a complete interior set up, featuring Command and Control Aerial Surveillance unit with FLIR and search light systems.
- Delivered the unit to a trade show and provided support for product unveiling.
